Email [email protected] for anything —
a bug, a question about your account, a report you want followed up on, or
something that just doesn't seem right. A real person reads every message and we
reply from this same address. If you're reporting a safety issue involving another
player, mention their username and tag (e.g. name#1234) so we can find
their account quickly.
I can't sign in.
Double-check your username and the 4-digit tag after the # are entered
separately — Login mode shows two fields for exactly this. If you've forgotten your
tag, it's shown on your own Profile screen once you're signed in on another device, or
email us the email/username you registered with and we'll look it up.
How do I report or block someone?
Open their profile — from Friends, a match roster, or search — and use the •••
menu in the top right. Reporting walks you through a category (cheating, harassment,
an inappropriate username, and so on) so we know exactly what happened; blocking is
immediate and removes them from your friends and match visibility right away. Every
report is reviewed by us, not just logged.
Can I change my username or tag?
Yes — Profile tab, Name & Sign-In. You can change your name, your 4-digit tag, or
both, once every 7 days. If every tag on the name you want is taken, tap Random and we'll
find a free one. Your friends stay your friends: they follow the account, not the name.
Can I sign in with Apple or Game Center?
Yes, on the sign-in screen. If you already have an account, add either one to it under Profile
→ Name & Sign-In, and from then on you can sign in with a tap. We never receive
your email address from Apple. You can also unlink them there — unless one is the only way
into your account, in which case set a password first, since there's no email address here to
recover through.
How do I stop sharing with Game Center?
Open the Profile tab and switch off Share my scores and achievements. New scores
stop being sent immediately. Anything already on Game Center is managed there, in Apple's
Game Center settings.
How old do I have to be?
You must be at least 13. Players under 18 should have a parent's or guardian's permission.
If you're a parent and your child under 13 has an account, email us and we'll remove it.
Hunting Game is a real-world outdoor game. Always follow local traffic laws, stay aware of your surroundings, and never enter private property, restricted areas, or traffic to chase a catch. If another player's behavior makes you feel unsafe, report and block them from their profile, then email us — we act on safety reports first.
