These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Hunting Game (the "app"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies unless a separate agreement is provided at the point of purchase. If you don't agree, don't create an account or use the app.
Hunting Game is a location-based, real-world game where players run, hide, and search for each other using live GPS position, shared with other participants of the same match only while that match is active. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what's collected and how it's used.
Hunting Game moves you through real, physical, public spaces. Obey traffic laws and posted rules, don't trespass, don't play in a way that endangers yourself or anyone else, and never let the app distract you from your surroundings. You play at your own risk.
Usernames, avatars, and anything else you or other players contribute must not be illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. We do not tolerate abusive behavior toward other players. Specifically, you agree not to:
Every player profile has a Report and Block option (available from the ••• menu on that player's profile). Reporting sends the flagged behavior to us for review; blocking immediately removes that player from your friends list and prevents further contact in either direction. We review reports and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for abusive behavior reported by other players.
The app never shares your location on a map automatically. Before your position is ever visible to anyone, you're shown an explicit prompt at the start of each match and must actively confirm you want to share your location for that match. Declining means you can't take part in that match's live gameplay, since the game fundamentally depends on it, but nothing is shared unless you say yes, every single time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior toward other players, or misuse the service. You may stop using the app, or delete your account, at any time.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the app, including from real-world activity undertaken while playing.
If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and notify active users in-app.
